Hello!
Hello! Are you looking for a sports massage or a relaxing menopausal massage? I hope I can help!
I have a practictioner diploma in Swedish Massage and Clinical Sports Massage certification (both SCQF Level 8) and further qualifications in menopause massage and hot stones for sports massage. Treatments can be chosen from any one of those modalities but possibly a mixture of them is the best option! Using hot stones during a sports massage can really help relax the muscles allowing for a deeper massage without the usual associated levels of pain!
Working from home in my treatment room in Memus, at the foot of the Angus Glens, near both Kirriemuir and Forfar, There's plenty of parking here and room to turn around - just drive in to the bottom of the driveway. I'm a fully insured member of the Sports Therapy Association. I may be a bit biased but my treatment room is small but lovely! I think that all types of massage can benefit from relaxing surroundings, gentle lighting, beautifully scented massage waxes and scented candles! It's all part of the recovery process: a body that is calm and relaxed is going to be able to recover faster.

I love helping people with niggles, aches, pains and injuries feel better and believe that when you feel better, you move better and movement is key to remaining healthy and happy as we get older. Chronic or persistent pain, for example knee osteoarthritis or lower back pain, can respond really well to a course of massage treatments.

I moved to Memus in Angus in 2018 and love it here. We've a cocker spaniel and in my free time you'll find me running with her in the local glens. As a regular runner I love a good sports massage and have a number of clients who rely on massage to keep their legs feeling good while they're training or help them recover after a long race!
